At iDenVerify, we strive to provide reliable and efficient AI-powered identity verification services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted for our subscription plans, API usage, and service bundles.

  1. Subscription Cancellation
  2. 1.1 Monthly/Annual Subscriptions

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
    • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • You will continue to have access to the service until the cycle expires.
    • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing period.
  3. Refund Policy
  4. Refunds are handled based on usage, plan type, and specific purchase conditions.

    2.1 Eligibility for Refund

    A refund may be granted only if :

    • A payment was made by mistake (duplicate charge or billing error).
    • The service was unavailable due to system downtime for an extended period (over 72 hours).
    • You did not use any verification credits or API calls after purchase.

    2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • API calls already utilized
    • Verification credits that have been consumed
    • Incorrect or failed verifications due to poor-quality documents
    • Issues arising from user-side implementation errors
    • Plans purchased during promotions, discounts, or special offers
  5. Pay-As-You-Go and API Usage Credits
  6. 3.1 API Credit Purchases

    All purchases of verification credits or pay-as-you-go API usage are considered final if :

    1. Credits have been partially or fully used
    2. API keys have been accessed or integrated
    3. Automated KYC verification sessions have been initiated
    4. Unused credits may be eligible for refund only within 7 days of purchase and if no API calls were made.
  7. Free Plans and Trial Usage
    • iDenVerify offers limited access to the free identity verification API for testing and development.
    • Free plans are not eligible for refunds.
  8. Service Interruptions
  9. If iDenVerify experiences widespread downtime affecting most users :

    • Compensation may be offered in the form of free credits or billing adjustments.
    • Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
