How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your identity information, biometric data, or verification logs, please contact us with the following details:

• Email Address Used During Verification
• Date or Approximate Time of Verification
• Reason for Data Deletion (optional)

Our team will verify your request and permanently delete your data unless retention is required by law or regulatory compliance.

Processing Time

• Your data deletion request will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

• Some data may be retained only if mandated by legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Biometric data such as face images is not stored permanently and is usually deleted automatically after the verification session unless required by the integrating platform.
• Once your data is deleted, the action cannot be reversed.
